Conclusion

Looking at all of the above videos, it is clear to see a reoccurring narrative structure throughout Rudimental's videos - and a similar style also. There seems to be an overcoming of struggle, physical or stereotypical, which brings with it a great sense of euphoria and a vicarious 'feel good' factor to the audience. Furthermore, the break of pace of the song is matched by a slowing of pace or emphasised expansion of time in the video; this is the part of the video where the most significant event happens and it anchors the audiences attention as it rather different to the rest of the video. Combined, these factors demonstrate Rudimental's attitude to society; you can overcome anything if you try hard enough.
